Rachel Falber
Illustrator
A Self-taught, nature obsessed Bristol based illustrator. Her passion for sustainability led Rachel to look for an opportunity using her creative talents to educate people to be kind to nature and conserve our planet for future generations, resulting in Uh-Oh Books and more recently A Thousand Yellow Daisies along with co-founder Sam Miles, being born.
Samantha Miles
Author & Illustrator
UK Children's author who has always had a love for creating stories, ever since she was a little girl but spent her early career in marketing, design and copywriting. She began working in children's books when offered the opportunity to illustrate the stories of a fantastic new author. Shortly after, she was offered the chance to collaborate with a talented local illustrator to create a story making a difference and educating children in a fun and exciting way, Sam was thrilled to return to creative writing and achieve a goal that had been a lifelong dream.
Paul Kirk
Author
Children's book author living in a small village in the Wiltshire countryside. Inspired by the stories created over breakfast in bed mornings with his grandchildren, Paul created the Chocolate Island series and is bursting with new adventures to share with families everywhere.
Pridie Tierman
Author & Storyteller
Self-confessed story obsessive Pridie takes stories outdoors as teacher, writer and traditional storyteller. Specialising in nature-based immersive 'outdoor storying' experiences, Pridie blends together a unique mix of folklore and fairytales, history and traditions with wild rich outdoor experiences; encouraging us all to protect and preserve the land, trees, plants and creatures we live alongside.
